Laura Schultz studied social work at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf (HSD) and worked in the field of integration assistance and youth support after completing her master’s degree. In 2017, she started working as a research assistant at the HSD. Here, she focused on the topic of participation research. After finishing the project, she worked at a qualification position at the same university. She wrote her dissertation at the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) and is currently working as a postdoc/research assistant in a project at UDE.
