Florian Liedl studied law with a focus on corporate law at LMU Munich and University College London from 2010 to 2016. After completion of the first state exam in 2016, he worked as a research assistant at a law firm in Berlin and as an assistant lecturer at Humboldt University of Berlin. Following his legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court of Berlin from 2017 to 2019, he completed the second state exam in 2019. From 2019 to 2021 Florian wrote his doctoral thesis at University of Freiburg under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanno Merk, LL.M. (Chicago). Florian has been working as a lawyer at an international law firm since 2020.
