Bastian Weber studied law at Münster University since 2012 and passed a special certificate on the Common Law Legal System. Between 2015 and 2017 he had been student assistant and since the first state exam in 2017 he is research assistant at the university department responsible for the preparation for the state exam (»unirep«) under the administration of Prof. Dr. Fabian Wittreck. Between 2018 and 2021 he was lecturer for constitutional law and politics at the Federal University for Public Administration. He began his legal clerkship in 2021 with parts of it working for the Federal Ministry of Justice and the Higher Administrative Court for Northrhine-Westphalia. He passed his PhD in 2021 for which he received a scholarship from Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
