Martin Brussig works at the Institute for Work and Qualification (IAQ), University of Duisburg-Essen, where he was appointed Associate Professor in 2016. From 2014 to 2018, he was a research assistant in the research department »Working hours and work organisation« at the Institute for Work and Qualification (IAQ) at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where he researched inequalities in employment, working hours and determinants of employment. Dominik Postels completed his studies in sociology at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
Lina Zink is a labour market Sociologist at the Institute for Work and Qualification (IAQ) at the University of Duisburg-Essen. After studying history and sociology at the Ruhr University Bochum, she joined the IAQ in 2010. In various research projects she dealt with (long-term) unemployment of older people, employment of pensioners as well as issues of old-age provision and reduced earning capacity.
