Hendrik Pekárek is a Berlin lawyer and in-house counsel. The focus of his practical work is on white-collar criminal law, IT criminal law as well as trans- and international criminal law and compliance consulting. His academic interests include the Jewish legal tradition, general legal history, and comparative law. He is a former Research Assistant of the Berlin Studies on Jewish Law and lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Humboldt University of Berlin as well as a tutor in the student exchange network East-West. He studied law in Berlin, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
