Manuel Fallmann studied law, philosophy and German language and literature at the University of Konstanz. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. em. Bernd Rühters for several years. After completing his first state law examination, he began working as a research associate with Prof. Dr. Clemens Höpfner in 2016, with whom he also completed his doctorate. In 2019, he began his legal clerkship at Stuttgart Regional Court, which he completed in 2021.
