Martin Luber studied from 2008–2013 law with special emphasis on national and international criminal justice at Philipps University Marburg. During his studies and his doctorate he worked at the chairs of Prof. Dr. Christoph Safferling, Prof. Dr. Thomas Weigend and Prof. Dr. Cornelius Nestler. Moreover, his doctorate was funded by a doctoral scholarship provided by the Philipps University Marburg. Martin Luber finished his doctorate in June 2017 and started the legal clerkship at the district court of Cologne and completed the administrative part of it at the German Embassy in Vienna.
