Jascha Seitz studied law at the University of Konstanz from 2008 to 2014 with a focus on business law. After passing the First Legal Examination in 2014, he worked as a research assistant, first at the University of Constance at the Chair for Civil Law, Commercial, Corporate, and Economic Law and Comparative Law of Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Wilhelmi, then at a law firm in Stuttgart. He began his legal clerkship in 2018 at the Stuttgart Regional Court with stages in Mannheim and London. In 2019, he was awarded a doctorate in law (Dr. jur.) for a thesis on the liability of banks for the sale of complex financial market products.
