Dez.-Januar 2025/26: Privatrechtsgeschichte I
Der Antiquariatskatalog 2025-IV enthält vor allem Bücher und Alte Drucke zur Geschichte des römischen Rechts und seiner Rezeption bis ins 20. Jahrhundert, aus der Bibliothek des bedeutenden Bonner Rechtshistorikers Horst Heinrich Jakobs und anderer Quellen.
The antiquarian catalogue 2025-IV mainly contains books and old prints on the history of Roman law and its reception up to the 20th century, from the library of the eminent legal historian Horst Heinrich Jakobs and other sources.
Oktober 2025: Geschichtliche Landeskunde und ihre Rechtsquellen
Der Antiquariatskatalog 2025-III bietet 212 Titel zur Regionalgeschichte und zur regionalen Rechtsgeschichte, durchaus mit gewissen Schwerpunkten auf dem Rheinland und Baden, berücksichtigt aber darüber hinaus Gesamtdarstellungen seit dem Mittelalter.
The antiquarian catalogue 2025-III offers 212 titles on regional history and regional legal history, with a certain focus on the Rhineland and Baden, but also includes general accounts dating back to the Middle Ages.

Der Antiquariatskatalog 2025-II enthält Titel zur deutschen Geschichte (Politik, Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und Recht) seit dem Wilhelminischen Kaiserreich 1871, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Weimarer Republik und NS-Diktatur.
The antiquarian catalogue 2025-II contains titles on German history (politics, society, economy and law) since the Wilhelmine Empire in 1871, with a focus on the Weimar Republic and the Nazi dictatorship.
April 2025: Varia. Ausgesuchte Titel zur Leipziger Messe
Pünktlich erschienen zur 31. Leipziger Antiquariatsmesse Ende März bietet der Antiquariatskatalog 2025-I eine schöne Auswahl alter und seltener Bücher aus meinem Angebot, teilweise präsentiert am Leipziger Messestand.
Published just in time for the 31st Leipzig Antiquarian Book Fair at the end of March, the antiquarian catalogue 2025-I offers a nice selection of old and rare books from my range, some of them presented at the Leipzig stand.

Jahrhunderts aus den Forschungsbereichen der Privatrechtsgeschichte, Gesetzgebung, Rechtsvergleichung und Rechtsphilosophie – The second catalogue with books from the library of Prof. Dr. Klaus Luig and other possessions, comprising above all books from the 19th and 20th centuries from the research areas of private law history, legislation, comparative law and legal philosophy.
Juli/August 2022: Feuerbach und das Recht im 19. Jahrhundert
Im Mittelpunkt meines aktuellen Antiquariatskatalogs steht mit Paul Johann Anselm von Feuerbach (1775-1833) der große Strafrechtler, einer der bedeutendsten Rechtsgelehrten des 19. Jahrhunderts in Deutschland, der auf dem Frankfurter Hauptfriedhof begraben liegt. – The focus of my current antiquarian catalogue is Paul Johann Anselm von Feuerbach (1775-1833), the great criminal lawyer, one of the most important legal scholars of the 19th century in Germany, who is buried in Frankfurt’s main cemetery. In addition to rare original publications by Feuerbach, the catalogue provides writings by his contemporary philosophical-legal discussion environment as well as criminal law textbooks and writings on the development of criminal law in the 19th century, plus some works on criminal law before Feuerbach. The criminal law section of the catalogue is supplemented by titles on old constitutional law, on natural law and the law of reason, on German „Staatswissenschaften“, on legal history as well as on the importance of Hugo Donellus for German civil law in the 19th century. The catalogue offers the extremely rare first Opera Omnia edition of the writings of Donellus, which was published in 12 volumes in Lucca, Italy, between 1762 and 1770. It is the model for later Donellus editions and the basis of the reception of Donellus in the 19th century.

November 2021: Bücherbrief 1 – Juristische Festschriften
Die Bücherbriefe sollen ein flexibles Mittel sein, um Bücherangebote auf Papier zu Ihnen zu bringen, die für die regulären Antiquariatskataloge i. d. R. nicht geeignet sind. Die regulären Antiquariatskataloge werden selbstverständlich weiterhin in der gewohnten Druck-Form erscheinen. Die nächsten Kataloge erscheinen Anfang Dezember. – The book letters are intended to be a flexible means of bringing book offers to you on paper, which are generally not suitable for the regular antiquarian book catalogues. The regular antiquarian book catalogues will of course continue to be published in the usual printed form. The next catalogues will be published at the beginning of December.
